Plastic Injection Molding Machine
We have more than 25 plastic injection machines, the big machine is 650T, which can manufacture the products more than 1 meter length or 1 meter width, also we have small machine 150T, which can manufacture very tiny products.
Our plastic injection molding machine has microcomputer control system, which could provide 4-step injection control with adjustable pressure/speed, and 3-step holding pressure to meet most complicated molding requirements.
Mold / Tooling
We can make precisely mold according to the 3D drawing, and we use better raw material of steel to make the mold and we pay high attention on the details, to make sure the high quality of the mold.
Blow molding machine
We use blow molding machine to make plastic water bottle, wine glass, food containers, tea containers, Cholocate packaging, etc. We use food grade raw material to make these products, which can pass FDA, LFGB test.
LED Assembly Line
We have advanced LED Assembling line to make the high quality illuminated products, to meet client’s reqirements, the LED colors can be changed, and the intensity of the light can be adjusted accordingly.
Spraying painting / Lacquered / Chrome plated
To make a luxurious effect of products, we will recommend lacquered or chromed plated technology to make the products looks metallic, shiny and high end, especially when clients want to make luxury products, it will be a good way, it will add value to the products.
Heat Transfer Printing
To make a pattern to the products, we used different printing technologies, but heat transfer printing is one of the most popular printing technologies, which can make the pattern transfering to the products, and keep the color very lively! Also it can make many colors at the same time, so… there is no limilation for the designers.
Full Size Printing
To make irregular products with full size printing, it is a big chanllenge for most of the factories!

Silk screen printing / Offset printing / Rolling printing
